Where do you ship?

We only ship to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

  What is your ship time?

In-stock orders going to the U.S. or Puerto Rico ship within 1-3 business days (may be 1-5 days during peak seasons such as Christmas).

How is my order shipped?

UPS will be used on all orders being shipped inside the United States. We will use USPS Priority for all orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Sometimes USPS shipping costs are more than what is quoted on the order. If this is the case, you will be notified via email.

What is your return policy?

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you may return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact B&K Global Enterprises, LLC. via email or phone within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. Please have your invoice ready for reference. You must contact us for instructions to receive a refund. If product is returned without contacting us, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
